You can use the latest 5.35 firmware, it has more gradual temperature derating. If it still cuts out with TMPHSMAX you can disable the derating by setting tmphsmax=120 If you really have insufficient flow rate or air bubbles this WILL KILL your inverter. If your cooling is sound it will just work fine
