Ordering as an EU company without VAT

If you are ordering for a company in the EU you do not have to pay VAT. I have not managed to automate the process, so when checking out you can specify your VAT Id. Upon handling your order I will deduct the VAT and create the invoice accordingly. If you payed via paypal I will refund the VAT. If you chose bank transfer please wait until I issue the correct invoice, then pay without VAT.

Check your spam folder

Unfortunately many major e-mail providers classify e-mails from custom domains, such as openinverter.org, as not trustworthy and put mails from that address into your spam folder. So before enquiring about the status of your order, please check your spam folder.

Track your order

When shipping your order you will receive a link for tracking it. Sometimes parcels are returned because the recipient could not be reached or the parcel is not picked up. Please check the tracking regularly to prevent this. On parcels abroad the tracking will link to the local mail carriers tracking system. Sometimes you can find more precise tracking info there. You can also try pasting the parcel ID into your countries carrier tracking tool.
