My problems with Verter are : the car shakes, and not getting revs. The original assembly is just for reference, to be clear whether it is software or hardware. If the same setup is going smoothly with Leaf SW, then it is Verter SW or the ...

Then just keep using the leaf hardware...


Prefer to tune the Verter, as it is more compact and flexible, just need to understand it more precisely.
I used the Leaf HW just to test the limits, and the Leaf HW reached 6800 revs

Some updates and questions. I've assembled... or reconnected?! another test bench, it is Nissan Leaf powered by ZombieVerter. During the connection testing, I mentioned two issues:
1. After PrechargeFail, negative contactor stays ON
2. After Power ON, PRECHARGE contactors stays ON.

I used part of the original reducer, but there was only one gear left. A hole was made, and a shaft was extended.

Joint been balanced. Today we have a ride on the river, not much changed, same shaking/limitation around 2300 revs. Rotation by hand not a problem
