Add: Section on Supported Chargers/Test Results

Proposed added Section if PR gets accepted might look something like this:
Supported Chargers
Clara + Focci has been tested successfully at various chargers.
You can find the raw test results documented on GitHub. [will be added soon]
Currently there are no official supported chargers. (This doesn´t mean Clara + Focci) is not working, just that there havent been sufficient tests yet).
