Most print shops should be able to do the artwork and the printing for you. Or buy it from abt.

Making dials is no problem. In the picture it looks as if it is translucent, i.e. the lighting comes from behind. For this, an acrylic glass would first have to be laser-cut. There are online suppliers for this on the Internet. Then print directly, e.g. https://hd-xxlprint.de/. The laser cutter needs a DXF file, the printer needs adobe illustrater or pdf. You would have to do both according to your wishes.

Re: Custom made cluster disc
Thank you. Did you already work with this print shop for indicator dials ?
Workflow is now clear for me.
- Scan the original dial
- Design new im CAD
- let them propably print first and then cut on acrylic

I haven't had any dials printed for cars yet, but I have had other things printed for the company. For example, these backlit letter boards on a fake jukebox for BMW.

I also had printed plexiglass discs made at this shop. They laser-cut and printed them. There were two circular discs, 450 mm in diameter, 3 mm thick, clear, with six-color printing. I paid €178 for them.
