Zombieverter is designed to be permantley powered. It draws around +/-150mA on standby

OK thanks,
If I would use a battery disconnect when not in use for a a while, Is there a boot up time before turning the ignition back on?

No there is not particularly long boot up process, you just need to keep in mind that things like an ISAshunt and such need to be running to precharge. So best to give it a few moments before turning ignition on.
