Hello.
Will update this 1st post along my progress on the build.
Some 3d modeling/rendering is in the works and I have started to print out a full scale M3RDU for mockup whike I continue designing my future EV to be.
This thread will follow more parts printed then it will become reality
Grey filament arrived today
First part in black after dusting off the printer from storage I took a chance that the old dusty pla would work and it did print just fine
Second part in progress
Long progress...

Re: Project One - printing mockup parts
why not spend some time in cad and clean up the models? will speed up print time and reduce plastic
https://bratindustries.net/ leaf motor couplers, adapter plates, custom drive train components
Re: Project One - printing mockup parts
I did spend many. Could certainly get rid of many details to speed things up even further but I'm not in that hurry.
Optimizing slice/speed settings during each print since im relearning 3d printing again have made 45% speed increase on part 2 tonight
