Unfortunately it does not, it has to much play on the shaft and will most likely wear out! It's the same with the Suzuki Samurai Clutch disc.


Fiat clutch disc is 20,1x22,5-20N, which is by the way the same as every cheap Lada Niva disc!

Nissan leaf is 20x22-20N

Are you 100% sure that 20x22-20N are the correct spline dimensions ? I've searched but can't find any specs.

Don't know if it will help , but there's a 2013 bms on ebay.de at the moment -item no. 223507867094 - doesn't have the grey and black plugs though,
so I don know if that would be the right one .

I would like to know what software you used to control/read the bms . I have a leaf pack and would
like to use it as it is , albeit in a different box ! I have a leaf motor with Johannes controller.

That's a lot better - with 10k R6 still there loresamp would sometimes appear , but now all ok . Motor is running smoothly at 24vdc!
No regen , but i assume that's down to parameters ?

Forgot to remove R4 from the mainboard ! Sine wave much healthier now - Should I short out R6 as well ?

Wrong ! It's not . Spinning that is . No matter what I do I keep getting error LORESAMP . I think my LM386 may have failed - It's a nice sine wave ,
but only 3v p-p. I 'm not sure what it should be , but it seems low ? That's with the gain whacked up to max. No obvious shorts.

order to line up the motor/coupler/gearbox . I'm going to have to bodge the resolver connections , 'cos I can't find a plug,

Ah ! Now I remember watching an older video where you mentioned this - Doh.
So if I put a 4.7k , or 5.6k resistor across c6 and c7 that should sort it .
