Tesla LDU control with original immobiliser/ECU

Post by hanskraayeveld »

We made a controller to have full control with a tesla LDU. In this video we show you with a 2000w 400v 5a china inverter (230v AC to 400v DC)
We have a small controller, it can be programmed with a tesla M3/Y battery, and a tesla MS/X battery. Also with fastcharging.

In this video, we show you the controller without regenerative braking (because of the AC DC inverter connected and not a HV battery, but we have also full access for regenerative braking. Most of the data (for regenerative braking) comes from the HV battery, but we can also fake it. Its super easy. No need to open the LDU. You can readout faults by WiFi. Forward and reverse.

You only need a LDU, pedal and our controller (and HV voltage). It will be available in our shop shop soon.

Maybe soon we'll do a SDU, and a after it a M3 DU.

Wow that's awesome. You have a link to the code? I assume it's on GitHub? Are the hardware files available so I can get from jlcpcb? Thanks 👍

Oh nice, hopefully we can add that to the ZombieVerter then. You got a DBC file available for the required CAN messages?
