I recently bought a Chademo to Tesla adapter on eBay for testing. After starting the Nikkei, the adapter sent a 5% duty cycle. Subsequently, the EVCC sent a SLAC request, but the adapter did not respond. Is it possible that this adapter does not follow the DIN70121 and 15118 protocols? Are there any experts who have worked with this adapter?

If this is a propriatary Tesla equipment they are free to run their own protocols. The only way to find this out is to sniff the communication on an original setup.
