Hey Folks,

While waiting for my Zombiverter to arrive I have been working on a wiring diagram for my bench test.

It's pretty much the same as this one although I'm using an intact stock Leaf battery pack for the bench test and wanted to get the pins correct.

Would be grateful for you all to tear it apart and let me know what I have got wrong

What did you make this in? Would you mind sharing the file? It’s cleaner than my quick made diagram, would be good for the wiki and what not

Here's one I added to a few days ago from my build thread. I'm working on wiring my ZV tomorrow so I'll take copies of both of them. What was used to draw that schematic?

I've just spotted both diagrams are missing the brake input to terminal 49 of the ZV.

I used a free Miro account to make mine. Not sure I would have if I had of found yours first GregFordyce But it is a good process to go through to fully understand the wiring.

Can contribute it to the wiki when it's correct. Thanks for pointing out the lack of brake input GregFordyce.

Well I'm getting there. I have my bench setup, throttle, switches, relay and I'm talking to the battery and the Inverter, and I think the PDM.
I got the leaf parts from a wreckers so it was unclear what year things were, so I have been down some dead ends with my wiring diagram, but I believe now I have the correct wiring setup.

The problem I am currently having is that although everything starts up, the battery, inverter and I get into RUN mode, the throttle is not doing anything when pressed. I have of course followed Damian video and calibrated the throttle, I see it going up in the spot values.

I have attached my params file and the spot values in a state where everything is turned on including HV.
It would be amazing if someone could have a look over the wiring, params and spot values and give me a steer in the right direction.

Does anyone have connection for gen1 leaf inverter for EM61 motor? I belive it is round green connector, but should have the same pins connected to ZV as the rectangular connector...

it's a Gen3 2019 inverter.

Uh, guys if you remember maybe is there a thread where Gen1 (pre 2012) inverter connector wiring is being discussed? I cant seem to find it, but i remember there was a big discussion for wiring for CAN command at the time...
If we find it i will make a supplementary wiring to go with Gen2 schematic on wiki...

That is Gen1 from 2010 to 2012 and it uses round connector similar to PDM.
