WTB - Nissan Leaf™ Gen 2 controller - community edition

Hi all,

I've been planning my project for a while, and I have recently purchased the Nissan Leaf parts. I've been keeping an eye on the shop to purchase the Gen2 Nissan Leaf control board but it's been out of stock. I have searched the forum for anything about stock level and best approach to purchase a board, if I purchase while it's out of stock does it become a back order?

If anyone has an assembled board I would be interested.

I’m based in Australia, but happy to cover shipping costs from anywhere.

Thanks, looks like a good alternative.

Seems I won't be able to push the kW as I could with Gen 2 controller? But I can always add the it later, and nice not needing to open and re-seal the Leaf inverter.

I did see reference to a group buy for the Leaf Gen 2 controller, but can't find it with a forum search?

I don't know how they differ from a gen 2 but I got a gen 3 adapter board laying around if its of any use

Reach out to Johu-site admin, it his web shop and board creator, he would the person to contact.

I thinking of going down this route, what I can understand is, although you use this board on its own, it can(pun) be tied to the Zombie, to use for its other abilities.

I think all other external control wiring can be wire to the zombie, otherwise you will have to create breakout wiring from the OI board.

Yes, but currently out of stock. It hasn't been selling great so I might phase it out soon
