Model 3 power steering Rack

I've been looking arround the interwebs and the forum for someone who had the same problem as me but in vain.

I'm building a car with the model 3 from and rear subframes, and i'd like to use the power steering rack.

I've tried to connect just the 12v to it but no success, it doesn't go in failsafe mode. I hooked up a can bus reader and it does send me some messages of status but stil doesn't work.

If some one has a can capture of a model 3 we may be able to send the proper commands to start it up and have some assitance.
