POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
When pressing the Pot-pedal there is not a slowly smooth motion. When slightly pressed It is jumping from low position to High at once. The plot chart is recktangle UP6 DOWN.
The MIN. setting is about 57 and should be some 776.
Above all the Pedal-pot is not turning the motor move.
What kind of settings or changes should I perform,to repair the mismatch ?

Re: POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
What pedal are you using?
Probably a wiring fault. Post a photo?

Re: POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
When you read it with a meter does the swing smoothly change voltage?
Possible you have a no throttle you wired to if it's an on / off signal.

Re: POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
The pot do not shows any OHM readings.
Picture of it attached.
I have three m ore different pot-pedals,one of them is genuine PRIUS pedal with 180 OHM readings.

Re: POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
Think this is a hall effect pedal. So no resistors but electronics that putout 0 -5 V
The 24v input is a bit odd.
Google translate: So when with power applied to brown and black.
You should measure a voltage between 0 and 5V between yellow and black.

Re: POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
I decided to use the Prius pot- pedal, because it has some connections to Prius Gen 2 Inverter. It should be more suitable to make it run.I got a scheme of it for the 3 wires, but they are 6 togheter, suppose for some other functions.
I watched a videoclip ,where they soldered a ca.4.7kohm resistor to one of the pot wires and this resulted in ca.775 digits of the pot MIN. in the plot window.
Any suggestions how to get the pot move smoothly and run the motor ?.
The rele/contactors of the brake & start should be open or close ?.I keep them both closed, and may be this has some effect on the pot-pedal function ?

Re: POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
I managed the run of pot-pedal smoothly with low point of 1067.
B ut in the plot window stay the warning POT PRESSED,where as the pot is still and not pressed.
Is a setting wrong or there is some thing other incorrect.

Re: POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
The POT PRESSED warning is because the potmin is set to 0. If you set this to 1070 this will be fixed.
the max in the graf is 4095. which is the absolute max value. This means that the signal is too high for the VCU.
please read this topic carefully maxing out the input is dangerous.

also use the DualChannel option in the potmode setting if you can.

Re: POT-Pedal has rough slide motion
Thank You nfor the advice and the link.
I will try with dual chanel settings, the pot has three more wires.
