Prius G2 connectors

Post by kon »

I'm wondering what the dcdc (6pin C5) and battery (1pin B+) connectors are one the Prius g2 inverter.
They sure do look like Deutsch but I couldn't find a part # for the mating plug.
Does anyone have some info on that?
Thanks!

They were in the Wiki: https://openinverter.org/wiki/Toyota_Prius_Gen2_Board, but have disappeared. I will get them back in ASAP, in the meantime:

C5 = 90980-10987(F) and -10988(M)

C6(B+) = 11963 (vehicle side)

OK folks, I updated the Prius Gen2 wiki to reflect externally published, yet authoritative sources for connector and terminal part numbers.

Thanks,

Don't know who deleted them, sorry if it was me.

This is still the inverter I'll be using, so, it's the one I've been trying to stay on top of the wiki the most on.

No worries, I could'a sworn I put all the stuff in there, but I often forget to check back later to ensure I did it correctly.

Currently, Prius Gen2 stuff is REALLY inexpensive, I have seen inverters for $25US :O

You can get the whole car, not running (bad engine or HV Battery) for like $800 or so. Yank the engine, weld the power-split, bodge in some Leaf cells and you have a fully "modern" DIY EV! If my Squareback disappears, this is my BU plan.
