Been doing some work on building up the Prius Gen 3 drivetrain for the Mini project and hit upon a familiar problem : Relays and 12V distribution. It would be at this stage that I'd start casting around for some random relays , fuse holders ,connectors etc to put together a system.
Decided instead to make things a bit easier and here it is. Just a board with some 12v relays and fuses. No it's not a pdm, just some simple dumb relays and fuses.
Specs : 10 x 20A SPCO relays. 8 with NO contacts and 2 with NO/NC. 8 are ground side switched and 2 are high side switched. All with individual automotive blade fuses and LED coil indicator. 2 x unswitched fused 12V outputs spread over 6 pins. Ground and 12V on 8 pins to provide a little connection hub.
Uses the same enclosure and 56pin connector as the Zombie. Design files will be on Patreon once verified and board and 56 way connector will be available on the evbmw webshop.
Obviously its VCU agnostic and can be used with any setup.
