I want to buy 16 HV connector bolts.

What is wrong with normal M bolts or inbus bolts of the same length? You just need to be carefull when torquing them to specs...

Ideally I would love them to be isolated.

You can similar bolts at Agrati Bolts, Honsel or EJOT Austria. Don't know where to buy these products, but writing a mail is for free
