Are DhL us deliverys still suspended?

DHL currently refuses to transport shipments to the US due to the unique way the country is currently run. So orders to the US cannot be served until further notice.

B2C shipments with declarable customs value below USD 800 and business-to-business (B2B) shipments were not affected by the suspension.

We are pleased to inform you that effective April 28th, 2025, the temporary suspension has been withdrawn and DHL Express has resumed the transport of B2C shipments addressed to private individuals in the U.S. where the declared value exceeded USD 800.

It's a strange situation where the affordable DHL shipping only allows sending "gifts" worth less than $100 but DHL Express allows commercial shipping but charge over 100€ shipping fee. Also I don't have Express integration.
Will see what I can do

Thanks , The shipping fee does seem excessive. I have only dealt with DHL on the receiving end.
