I Have a Tesla front SDU with the latest version board fitted.
I want to bench Tesla with a 48V supply can you please advise the reccomended settings for this.
I have a Tesla pedal, precharge contactor setup.

You definitely don't ever want UDCSW set to 0. For a 48V bench test, I would set it to ~38V. Setting it to zero will allow the main contactor to close before the system has precharged, which is dangerous and can damage the inverter.
