I've been following your project for a long time. Unlike most people here, I don't think you should choose a car because it's in good condition and easy to convert. Converting a car is usually not cheap and rarely pays off from a commercial point of view. That's why it makes particular sense to choose a classic car that you can enjoy for a long time and doesn't have to be amortized. From my own experience, I know that the conversion part of the work involved in such a project is rather secondary and simple compared to the rest. So I really respect you for sticking with it.
