In case it might come useful for someone else in the future.
This is the part that I managed to figure out by the pictures of the batteries I have found online
G9280-k0010 - Yaris - 0,76kwh
G9280-47150 - C-HR - 0,75kwh
G9280-12030 - Corolla - 0,85kwh
G9280-42160 - RAV4 and Camry - 1,1kwh
G9280-33130 - Camry and lex ES300H - 1,0kwh
G9280-47180 - Prius+ - 1,0kwh
Now the data gathered from Toyota-tech.eu brochures.
Yaris mxph11 48s/3,7v/177,6v
Corolla zwe221 56s/3,7v/207,2v
C-HR zyx11 56s/3,7v/207,2v
Prius+ 56s/3,6v/201,6v
Camry axvh71 70s/3,7v/259v
RAV4 - could not find
Prius zvw51 56s/3,6v/207,2v (sic!)
Assuming Toyota is using the same 5ah/3,7v cell everywhere the C-HR and corolla data doesn't add up. Neither does Prius+.

Re: Data on Toyota lithium batteries
Nope. Did not help at all. Not a single mention of cells used in hybrids. Although could help when I'm done with upgrading lexus and searching for high weight to power ratio battery for i-miev drag-racing mod. Volt is old tech and BMW phev cells are hella expensive. But given my pace of working on it all, current data might be obsolete in a time of need.

Re: Data on Toyota lithium batteries
Well it mentions these two
Toyota RAV4 PHEV with 96 cells (96s1p): 96 x 51 Ah x 3,7 V = 18,1 kWh
Suzuki Across with 96 cells (96s1p): 96 x 51 Ah x 3,7 V = 18,1 kWh
And it also suggests Toyota may use them in newer Prius models, the article is quite old now. It was mainly to see if it worked for your batterydata calcs... I was of the assumption these cells are also used in a newer prius but it's not mentioned here...

Re: Data on Toyota lithium batteries
I have found Toyota technical review vol. 65. Great read about many new technologies they are working on.
It looks like they have two cells of the same dimensions but different ah rating and weight. 3,6/4ah and 204/217g. First one for the Prius and second one for Camry.

Re: Data on Toyota lithium batteries
Hi,
As I was searching for the exact dimensions of the cells used in a Toyota Prius plug in of 2012, I came along this tread.
Apperantly some call it the "PHEV2 standard", but that might just be made up by a Chinese battery producer.
The measurements of 148 x 26,5 x 91 as mentioned in the Totyota Technical Review 65 differ a bit from the 148 x 27 x 105 as mentioned in Toyota's dismanteling guide.

Has anybody here actually worked with those cells and knows the exacxt dimensions and is the position of the terminals is also standardized?
The goal is (of course) to replace the cells and increase the capacity and the EV-range aswell as better "hybrid-behaviour" by lower internal resistance.
Thanks in advance,
Kees.

You ould ask this guy for advice https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16KRoB1C9T/
I am interested strictly in hev cells and not phev ones. Will add more details on them this year if all goes well.

If you are referring to the Panasonic cells then yes I have them they are also used in the Lexus UX300E which is where I got them.
