Hi,
I've tried running gen4 Nissan Leaf stack with a Zombie and it did not appear to run. PDM is now made by Toyota and has no labelling with charging power etc. It has identical round connectors and wires all seem to be the same. Dcdc converter did not start, there is also no bus voltage info in the CAN or it is encoded differently. I attach a CAN communication log between the Zombie and the Leaf stack for analysis. Do the CAN messages appear to be different?

The Nissan leaf gen stuff is confusing. As far as cars I believe the current vehicles are Gen 2. For inverters we're on Gen 3 as far as I'm aware. Where is Gen 4 coming from?

It might be wrong but the logic is simple: Leaf EM61 is gen1, Leaf EM57 80 kw is gen2, Leaf 110 &160 kw is gen3, and Leaf 2023 with Toyota PDM is gen4 as changes have been made and it does not work with Zombie out of the box.

Re: Gen4 Nissan Leaf stack CAN log for analysis
That seems reasonable. Though if it's only a communications difference and the rest of the hardware is the same as a gen 3 (2018-?) it might make sense to call it 3.1 or maybe 3.5? If gen 4 hasn't been established by the community yet...
Edit, I just found the other post. These seem like gen 4 will be appropriate.
