Tesla M3 PCS controller - Won't charge.

Hi.
My PCS controller has now started to refuse to charge.
I have tested with three different chargers and the charger seems happy but no current is drawn from the car.

When I connect via wifi I see:
Charger state: "Faulty"

One other thing I have noticed (but can't explain) is UDC value is reported as 335V
But on inverter it reports 360V

Any help or ideas is highly appreciated.
