Please attach images directly, if the image hosting place removes them threads can become incomplete. I've edited the post to do so.

I know how to fix it, I've already fixed a dozen of them; maybe even more. However, I haven't been able to start it on the desktop yet, it doesn't respond to any LOG. But it is almost certain that it will not even start without the standard Control Pilot (CP) signal.

(It was manufactured here in Hungary anyway.)

Thank you Admin for photo update

Peter - have you any idea how you power on on bench please ? I am looking for CAN MSG commands

I have one with INPUT 240 problem with Schotky barier Diod Blown SCS212AG

Iam going to change it but I am looking to test on bench before will install back to car for this reason Iam looking for CAN ID to wake on bench and connect to load to test.

Right now I have full pinout from Volvo and only 2x CAN line after power ON
ID 0x91 and 0x518 and only 0x910 911 912 are changing when I connect PP and CP but after 30 sec CAN goes to sleep

I already have my own diagnostic software for it, which I can use to test it after repairs, but I didn't think that it is customary to write something like this here right away...

I quickly made a screen save. Above in the middle, the Max. Voltage / Max. Current data is returned by the charger and changes depending on the Derating; the real maximums are 430V and 12A. On the upper right side are the data of the charging controller in the charger: it measures the parameters of the CP signal, and the control signals of the Type2 connector can also be controlled.

The lower part is now zero everywhere, because I was too lazy to attach a load to it. :)

Hi,

Would you mind sharing your findings about the CAN IDs of the charger? I'm working towards reversing the communication with the battery and it would help to analyze the huge raw logs I have. I see some activity coming on the ID 0x091 and would like to corroborate with guesses about battery current/voltage.

Best regards,
Nicolas
