just though I would post on here in case someone in the UK is selling parts, selling an stalled/abandoned project or is breaking a Lexus GS450 and a AZEO leaf.
I'm after parts for a gs450 conversion, I already have the motor and inverter, so there's a bit missing...
And trunk/boot panels for a 2014 leaf, it was going to be used as parts, but keeping it together for now.

I have an EVBMW GS450h VCU fully soldered with the automotive case. Contactors, BMW 1-series water pump, Tesla Model S battery heater, E46 throttle pedal and possibly other stuff that could be useful. Located in Estonia but for the smaller stuff postage should not be huge.
A bit harder to ship but should be doable just fine:
- Model 3 PCS: untested.
- Model S/X Gen 3 onboard charger 16,5kW. 3-phase version with work started to replace the controller with EVBMW controller which is also present along with the automotive case and I think connectors.
