dout_prec and dout_dcsw always seem to show 0

Got some question in the ranger forum. And have tried to find the answer for it, but no luck....
Tested today with my "test bench" truck, and got the same, the contactors are closed but show 0??
Is this normal?
Have tripmode set to 1=Keep DC switch closed. And have powersupply at 320V 20A, to be safe.
The connection is like this:

Uhm yeah I forgot to "wire" these up. Might as well remove them.
