Yes, I'm using Melexis sensors. Chips are on 16sq.mm cables which are about 8cm spaces between them. Now I'm using film capacitors like Johannes have on pictures on his website. Are huge, so next controller probably will use something smaller. What type of them are in Aleš power stage, maybe You know?

We use fast elcaps 6600uf total with 3x 2uf snubbers on each phase.
Nowadays I would recommend to scavenge a 2nd gen prius inverter capacitor and design around it. There are two large caps in one case and very fast.
Maybe problem is too thin cables from Igbt out? Did you check response with scope?

Do You know for me for future producer and type of elcaps present on Ales power stage? Maybe will be faster for me take exact those for some next power stage. I also have 3x5uF snubbers, but 2xfilmcaps 470uF/1200VDC. Yes, I've checked response - was exactly like Johannes wrote in his instruction. Deadtime was good.
For some future project I have already AURIS INVERTER G9200-47190. It is waiting for new board from Damien. I know, that he did new design board for 2 power stages, so we will see. You connected board from Johannes to prius inverter or You did some Yours board?
Another idea is to take Leaf power stage and connect this with v3 board.
