Hello,
I have a hyundai kona ev. 64 Kw from 2019 with a 7.2 Kw 1 phase charger. Is it possible to screw the 11 Kw 3 phase charger on here? The dealer says no, because the hardware is not prepared for this.Which hardware?

Just guessing: Two missing phases in the CCS inlet and cable harness and connector.

The configuration of the vehicle needs to know this charger. So you need dealership software etc. to modify it. This with the assumption that connectors and signals are all equal between the 2 chargers.
