run a large drive on the bench with charger

please excuse me for iam a nubee. can a gen 2 or 3 charger run a large drive unit on the bench for testing purposes? thank you in advance for your help.

No not possible. You would need a battery or a power supply. The Tesla chargers will not run unless they see a battery voltage present.
