Is the i3 charge port a USA spec unit? Or a ccs2 European standard type? (Or ate they the same thing?) I'm in Australia so don't know anything about USA spec parts...

EU CCS is type 2 at the top part. You'll not be able to use a US CCS port on public charging in Europe, not sure about Australia and Asia
