Ford Focus Electric BECM and BPSM

Some photos from my pack removal/rebuild of my 2012 Focus Electric, I’d definitely like to find a way to tap into PCBs someday so I can upgrade to some different cells. There are two Battery Pack Sensing Modules (the two smaller ones) and Battery Energy Control Module in the upper pack. Well-documented disassembly, nice !

I am curious about the dimensions of the single battery modules and the weight. Did you measure them, or do you still have one within reach ?

I have a battery from a 2 gen Focus EV and I want to use it for a conversion. I also have 6 modules from a second Focus EV gen 2. I am willing to use all of them in a 108S configuration and mabye I can use the two original BMS from the Ford batteries. If you find anithing about the BMS, pleas make a post.
