I have a Gen3 Prius Inverter with a EVBMW logic board.
I want to use it as inverter, DC/DC and charger.
In charger mode I still want the inverter to control precharge of the DC battery side and I therefor plan to send start command over CAN. This will set the inverter in opmode RUN.
If I remember correctly, if in RUN mode and gear N PWM is still generated from STM32, right?
I wish to disable PWM generation without disconnecting the main contactor. Is there a way of doing this with CAN commands?
How to disable PWM generation while still maintaining main DC contactor closed
