Just watching this video, at 17:13, they appear to use a reduction gearbox with the 360nm zonic 180 motor.

Looks like the same one as the 260nm rated box (could be wrong) so looks like it’s capable of more unless they’re limiting it.

Zonic motors may be an option (from ZeroEV)

They say it’s from a rivian, but the rivian (I believe) only has 120v outlets, not 240v like they said, probably a similar unit though

The CAN2 issue sounds like either a VCU specific code or libopeninv problem. Either way I should be able to replaicate this on the bench and provide a fix. Not seen it myself as my shunt is on CAN1. Ok thanks, just testing for now. Getting as far as run mode and torque commands but invstat stays off and no high pitched noise or spinning. Have checked all the comms and power wires placement and continuity

Has there been a change to the ISAmode in the latest software. As my shunt has stopped shunting and I’d like to try and reinitialise it but can’t find the ISAmode setting:

Edit: turned out to be I had it connected up to CAN_EXT2 and configured for CAN2 but I changed it to CAN1 and it now works.

Has anyone got a Pinout for an unmodified Prius inverter connector, all I can find is the replacement connector Pinout. (Ampseal etc)

Is there a pinout for a stock Prius Gen 3 inverter connector? I can only find pinouts for the ampseal and breakout board.

since the Prius gen 3 has max voltage of 650v, what's a safe full charge voltage to work with to account for any voltage spikes and not wanting to wear out the components too fast.
