Try and move the sin and cos from GND to MG2_SINA and MG2_COSA.
Resolver Wire J1 PCB Pin
Excitor 1 ----> 21 (MG2_EXCA)
Excitor 2 ----> 22 (GND)
Sin 1 ----> 16 (MG2_ENC_1)
Sin 2 ----> 18 (MG2_SINA)
Cos 1 ----> 17 (MG2_ENC_2)
Cos 2 ----> 18 (MG2_COSA)
