2015 Mitsubishi MiEV inverter help

Almost every MIEV have a problem with the current sensing circuit . There is a small board attached to the inverter board that cross checks the voltage and when this small board fails the car will not "start up" . My question is , Is there a person in the USA that could rebuild this small board ?? I thought I could swap the components from a good damaged board to the better failed board but I don't have much experience doing small components.
