Can't find that one on the github. Can you post a link to which one you mean?

The brass ones that bring the battery connections outside the casing, as mentioned in this post (I think).

- Base plate should slot in to the rebate around the oval hole. The two brass *standoffs* then slot into this. I'm using threaded bar at the moment so I can thread these in to hold it all on while I do the rest. There's a space for an M6 threaded insert to screw the cover down but I'm still waiting on these for testing.

I'd prefer native 3d solids if you have them around, thank you

Never mind, I got off my lazy @$$. Here they are. For everyone's info, they are 19.8mm max diameter by 36mm (positive) or 46mm (negative) long. If anyone can make some for me (shipping to Michigan, US) DM me please

Damien was selling these but I don't think he is any more. Could be wrong though?

I reckon I found what you mean- http://www.evbmw.com/index.php/evbmw-we ... term-posts

It doesn't look like there's an option to add to cart like some of the other items, so you're right about Damien not selling it seems. If it's all bolted together anyhow, maybe stacking some standoffs from McMaster would do it. A little hacky, but what isn't these days?

I'd guess you want as few mating surfaces as possible for moisture to get in to. I've also used off the shelf parts at other points - you can buy brass standoffs without the lip from ebay at different lengths. Be easy enough to mod the design?

I've been looking at those too, but most of the brass standoff sellers are across the pond from me. Is it important that they're brass? Off-the-shelf aluminum spacers are more easily available to me and I think aluminum is (surprisingly) more conductive than brass. I'd still be buying two different parts to make each standoff, a ~20mm OD and ~16mm OD section since I don't have a lathe.
