Sorry about the ignorance....but can a Tesla Model S gen 2 charger can be use with a NMC modules from a Honda Clarity?

No they cant unless you put enough in series to reach over 200V empty.
Charger can also not be used unless you fit an open inverter board. You also need to configure it right and wire everything up correctly.
