Teardown: 275A/48V Sevcon motor controller Gen4 4827

Hello,
Not sure if someone has done these, so sharing this here.
I expected an H-Bridge and wanted to harvest the IGBTs, but found a MOSFET array instead.
I opened it up and found the following:
Form Factor: 19cm x 17cm x 7cm
Weight: 1.9kg
Haven't done any tracing or tried to boot it, these would be perfect for a Go-Kart or powerful E-Bike.

Edit: Ah, someone opened them in 2015 as well, with some images now 404d.

- 24 x IRFB3077PbF 8 x per phase
- 17 x 370uF capacitor bank on input
