Can you identify this Outlander item?

Hello, I have received the below as part of Outlander items purchase, the item has item number: 9499C990.
Can anyone identify what this thing could be/do?
It has HV terminals and some kind of LV control/power terminal

I doubt this is from any vehicle. Open frame with fans doesn't play too well in cars

It is this one, it is an additional DCDC used for certain extra features it was not standard on all PHEVs

This could also be the option AC output inverter.

Interesting. Yes the large outputs chokes point to an inverter

From searches for part number this is dc to 110V AC. The dc-dc 12V converter part number TW-90 / 37129-01001, ( for heated windows ) has fans but they blow air over an external heatsink. The dc - 230V converter is also made by Toyota Industries is part number 9461A092.

Thanks everyone for your valuable input, I actually searched before posting however I couldn't find any useful info.
So for me knowing now that actually a DC to AC (V2L I assume) being 110V it has no use for me and there is no point for me to try to make it work, the 230v would've been interesting..
