Hello folks.
Quick question.
How do you trigger the brake lights from the SDU OI board (I have v6) in your projects?
I have a pressure switch on the brakes proportional valve, which I will use to trigger the max. regen - brk sw input to the OI bored. Planning to use the same signal to trigger the lights during pedal braking. But what about during regen braking, when the vehicle slows down from regen?
Thanks in advance.

Re: SDU brake lights output!?
While the OI firmware provides such an output at a regen level you can configure, the SDU and LDU boards do not export that signal to the outside world.

I see. Is it by chance an option to send a regen message via CANbus?
Curious if somebody actually triggers the brake lights during the regen if there's no hardware output on the SDU and LDU OI boards.

Put potnom on canbus, receive it in your VCU and when some threshold is passed, turn on the brake light
