What are people using for their standoffs?
I bought some aluminium ones from eBay but the outer diameter is only 11mm and everything I've calculated suggests they won't be up to the task. Tbh, they probably would be fine with an additional steel bolt and given the peak power won't be long lasting but I'd be interested to know what people are using and what power they've managed to pull through them.
I'm leaning towards getting some round bar and getting it on the lathe. I'd like to pull around 150kw through them at around 400V.

Re: Inverter standoff sizing
Have you looked through what McMaster has?
I thought Damien was making some for a while but can't seem to find them now.
You could use a conductive copper tube (maybe an unthreaded standoff) and use a steel or copper plated steel thru bolt to clamp it.
