forgive me for starting a separate thread on this very topic, I know Arber and others have a dedicated thread to this charger, which I luv by the way, great little piece of machinery, but I feel like we are not leveraging everything it has to offer, so I would love your help in helping us figure out how to read the internal temperature out of it, like in the Lear Charger Operations Manual
I post because I could not reverse engineer myself out of a paper bag if it was opened on both ends, let alone figure out CAN Bus messages this metal box is spewing out, so in short, I would love to have someone post the code it takes to simply decipher the CAN Bus packets or whatever into code that we can then output to either the Serial Monitor or something like a Nextion display
I will post pertinent excerpts from forums and manuals to aid us in this quest

Re: Chevy Volt Gen1 Charger - Internal Temperature Reading
Info you are after for the Lear Charger. So I would guess it be hidden in the same sort of message probably with another ID. Best to have a few logs at various charger temps.
