Hey everyone, running a 62kwh leaf pack with my base LDU. Does anyone know how many amps I’ll be able to pull from this pack? Also, does anyone think increasing the busbar size from the ones that come with the pack will help my amps?

Side note, how much can an LDU pull? I know a sport LDU can get up to 1,000 but not sure about base. Thanks guys!

Did you ever get an answer to this?

I have a sport LDU and was contemplating the 62kwh leaf pack since it seems like it would be much easier to use than the tesla modules, given that it requires less space to get 400V.

Any regrets?

hi, what's the actual busbar size of the 62kwh battery? the 30kwh uses 20x1.6=32mm2

Yes, that's one of the biggest things I would change if I did it all over again. The most I've seen my pack output is 600amps. I'm using Jon Volk's tune for the LDU so I haven't tuned the parameters according to my setup, but that 600amp mark seems to be right in line with my research on the matter. Use Tesla modules, they're water-cooled as well. The Leaf pack will degrade very rapidly from no heat management.
busbar size
I'll need to get back to you on that one.

The busbars of the 62kwh pack are the same size.
