Tesla model 3 HV voltage issue

Hi, I'm running Tesla model 3 75kwh battery as a powerwall. I've ran into an issue where the bms gives a little over 9v for the HV voltage, also amps are over 3000.
SOC wont also rise from 9%.

Cell voltage seems ok and so is balancing. Friend suggested a bad shunt, but replacing didn't help.

Few other have it running ok on their setup. Btw my model 3 battery is drom 2020.

Any idea what could cause this?
