I by no means an expert, however I suggest you to provide more details on your setup (motor and inverter details) to allow others to help you

Are you sure your motor phase wires are the correct order?
VW Beetle 2003
Outlander front generator
Prius Gen 3 inverter (EVBMW logic board)
Outlander charger
3x Golf GTE batteries
