Charging other batteries with Leaf charger

Hi, hopefully a nice basic question. I’m looking to buy kit to start an EV build and wondering about compatibility between Leaf chargers and other battery packs. Can you charge other battery packs using the Leaf charger. Looking at the Outlander battery pack as a good option for what I think I need. But can get entire set of Leaf parts. Will they mix and match? Early days so any clarification gratefully received. Thanks.

Read up on the chemistry of both packs, also OpenInverter doesn't interface with the charger, (I think ZombieVerter does, but I am not sure).

Read the wiki.

The short answer is, other 96S (if you don't know 96S, google it) packs in principle yes, but if you mix and match you need to know what you are doing.
