I remember there were attempts to work with small IMA inverters more than once, and someone considered them untenable.
I will show in this topic what this wonderful little controller + v3 board is really capable of!
So, the first: a motorcycle made of beetle, 72 volts.




Second: a car weighing 1.4 tons, 140 volts.

there is only one wiring for connecting current sensors (they receive power from the native board of the inverter), and only two wires for each power module to control the PWM relative to the total GND, + two wiring for 12 volts of the native board. this is enough for high-quality operation of the inverter.
I also make an external Wi-Fi module using a sealed type-c connector for this, and I completely fill the inverters with a special compound, which makes them protected from immersion in puddles))

so the honda fit has another inverter. it does not contain logic and it needs to immediately send control signals to its native nest. he also has external current sensors, not very convenient.

I tested an ima inverter from 250 volts and it didn't burn out, up to 250 amps of battery current!
this is a great power for such a small inverter!!

700км пробег работает как часы. Пока без температуры инвертора и вольтметра , но это скоро решим , пока лень морочатся))

Этот инвертор неудобен в переделке. Не вижу смысла с ним заморачиваться.

Why does it have 2 fuel gauges? Why did you need to pull over on the highway? Are you running in field weakening?

no, I did not use field attenuation.
two devices are one fuel level, and the second is an economizer (the device is connected to the vacuum on the intake manifold of the internal combustion engine and shows how economically you drive)

I stopped to shift the gear to a lower gear and test the maximum speed in this gear.
