I have Board Rev.3 and Prius Gen2. Supply 12 V on all devices, but an oscilloscope does not show frequency on PWM1_any outputs in Manual Mode. Writes 'Invertor started', with no errors. Boost is 37813, ampnom 70 %. IN_MPROT, IN_START, IN_FWD are connected to 12 V. The red LED on the plate is blinking.

It means it drops straight out of manual mode again. Either connect current sensors (recommended) or supply around 2.5V to the current sensor inputs

Il_1 and Il_2 have 2.23 V potential.

How can I define that the inverter is working itself or not ? I see 0V on 7 and 12 its terminals instead of 2.5V .

Please post a picture of your exact setup. Are you using the square mainboard instead of the Prius board with Gen2 inverter?

As I understood UN2003A must be added.
