The part numbers for components are not specified in the schematic/layout files, they are manually generated in the BOM spreadsheet. The value could be updated but that will have no effect on the BOM.

The inductors were 0805, largest current capacity in that size that jlc carried last I checked was 15ma. Much less than required. Needs footprint changes on the PC boards to get to a workable ma inductor.
I did the L2 inductor update on the gen 3 leaf adapter boards with a 4mmx4mm inductor footprint (in kicad.) Its mid testing now. Its in my github, link in my signature if someone does the update for these and wants references.
