I'm set to buy an env200 on tuesday, 30th august 2022, next week. its has 80%soh and its a 24kwh. have about 6mths to sell my ze0 2011 muxsan after this and get the env200 capable of carrying the family, i.e. fit a rock and roll bed/seat
I plan to upgrade the battery to 40kwh but unfortunately 40kwh batteries are very thin on the ground. a few questions.

1) anyone have a spare working 40kwh env200 bms for sale?
2) are the internal bms wiring pinouts and battery locations similar between a 24kwh env200 bms and the 40kwh bms the same?
3) are leaf 40kwh cells similar to env200 40kwh cells?
4) any other suggestions to upgrading a 24kwh env200 in absence of a 40kwh pack
5) is the leaf bms similar hardware and can it be flashed into an env200 one?

I narrowly missed the boat on a 40kwh pack and I will obviously be looking out for one but I also think that it might be feasible to do a brute force upgrade in the absence of any whole packs for sale.

I did do some searching but came up with nothing yet.

You could get yourself additional project (headache) by buying Kona or Ioniq battery and rewire the NV/Leaf BMS to it. BMS isnt picky which cells there are as long as its similar chemistry...

that is more headache, also how do you confirm they are similar chemistry and then also fitment into the case and also water cooling etc etc.

Try muxsan in the Netherlands they upgrade this van if I'm right.
